Kelvyn Boy, the internationally acclaimed and award-winning Ghanaian superstar, has set his sights on a 2022 world takeover as he prepares for his world tour, which begins this week in Germany and will include stops in North America, Canada, the United Kingdom, and other European countries.

Kelyvn Boy is well recognized as one of the first artists to bring the sound of Afrobeats to Ghana, with the purpose of creating captivating music that connects listeners of all walks of life to all parts of music and sounds from Africa from both continental and worldwide perspectives. “Down Flat,” Kelyvn Boy’s most recent release, is proof of this allegation, as the single continues to chart in Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, Bermuda, Guinea-Bissau, and other countries. Among many other accomplishments, the song reached number one on Apple Music’s Top 100 (Ghana) playlist and ranked in the top ten on Billboard’s worldwide digital song sales charts.

The beloved artist has risen to superstardom in the last several years, becoming one of Ghana’s most-streamed acts and spreading his wings to all corners of the globe. Following the release of his second album, Black Star, Kelvyn Boy spoke with Billboard in 2020 about his goal to “Bring Ghana to the Grammys.” Kelvyn acquired the reputation of a growing Afrobeats superstar mastering distinctive creativity with his sophomore album, which got critical acclaim and a nomination for ‘Best Album Of The Year’ at the Ghana Music Awards. Kelvin Brown, better known by his stage name Kelvyn Boy, is a Ghanaian Afrobeats crusader and household name in the Afro-Pop/Highlife scene. The youthful artist and composer hails from Assin Fosu, in Ghana’s Eastern region. With his unique style and approach to the genre he selects, he has quickly piqued the interest of the local music industry and the rest of the world, distinguishing him apart from his colleagues. Kelvyn Boy’s love for music began at a young age, when he would sing whenever he had the opportunity.
