Fameye, the award-winning Ghanaian musician, has finally chosen to release his long-awaited album for his followers and other music admirers.

The album is titled ‘Songs of Peter,’ and it will be available on all music streaming platforms on Friday, April 29th, 2022, according to the ‘NOTHING I GET’ hitmaker.

According to him, the album will be available for about a week on Boomplay before being released on other platforms.

Fameye expresses disappointment as he says, “I was expecting to be nominated for Artist Of The Year.”

He took this decision because he has a cooperation contract in Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, and Tanzania that will provide the great musician with substantial offline and internet advertising.

In other events, Fameye has revealed that he was supposed to be nominated for the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards Artiste of the Year category (VGMA).

He stated this in a recent interview with Ghanaian show host Andy Dosty on the prominent Ghanaian radio station, Hitz FM.

He said in his Hitz FM submission:

“I was both pleased and dissatisfied with the VGMA for failing to nominate me in certain categories. It’s a dream come true for me to be nominated for Songwriter of the Year and Record of the Year.

In the Artiste of the Year category, I was meant to be nominated.”
